New standards for cases and labels

Packaging protects the contents and makes the products transportable. Packaging should encourage customers to buy, but at the same time it must not pose any risk of injury. Specifications and standards are required to fulfil these and other characteristics. In Germany these can be so-called Special Technical Terms of Delivery and Purchase (Spezielle Technische Liefer- und Bezugsbedingungen, STLB), which are widely used in the brewing industry.
