Brewery as local heating network operator

Until last winter, the Pyraser brewery in Thalmässing was still heating its administrative buildings with oil. As the oil heating systems had to be replaced due to their age, the company had been looking into modernising the building technology for some time. It quickly became clear that a simple replacement with new oil boilers was out of the question. The plan to set up a local heating network was born.
