BrauBeviale: The right event for raw materials, equipment and packaging in the brewing and beverage industry. Taking place from 26 to 28 November 2024 in Nuremberg, BrauBeviale will once again bring together all the key components necessary for the successful production, packaging and marketing of beer and beverages. This year, the event will continue to build on its focus on the wine sector, introduced in 2023, with a dedicated Wine@BrauBeviale area in Hall 4A. The wide range of cross-sectional technologies at BrauBeviale will be reinforced by a special area for wine, including a supporting programme. A particular focus this year will be on dealcoholisation, which promises additional market potential in the wine and beer sectors.
With around 820 exhibitors across nine halls with a share of around 50% international exhibitors, BrauBeviale offers a comprehensive overview of products and services for breweries and beverage producers. "Our exhibitors are well-attuned to market needs. They engage closely with visitors and will be showcasing the latest innovations in raw materials and energy solutions – critical factors for breweries and beverage manufacturers," explains Andrea Kalrait, Executive Director of BrauBeviale. The dealcoholisation of beer and wine, in particular, will be a focal point this year, as numerous industry figures suggest significant growth in this field. ″Our annual presence – with the exception of the drinktec year – enables our exhibitors and visitors to maintain close contact and receive a timely response to the issues in day-to-day operations.″ Overall, according to exhibitors, industry sentiment remains positive, with continued investment in the sector.
This edition of BrauBeviale will again cover a broad spectrum of offerings in nine halls: The range of raw materials will be presented in Hall 1, while the technology solutions will be showcased in Halls 7A to 9. Numerous packaging variants will once again be on offer in Halls 4 and 4A along with the Logistics offering in Logistics Lounge in Hall 4. The marketing solutions will be found in Hall 5. Looking ahead, the Young Talents Camp as well as the Startup Area in Hall 6, will demonstrate new opportunities for networking and innovation. Product development workshop lasting 2 ½ hours or the ‘Sip & Innovate’ format, designed to bring ideas to life based on predefined question round, will offer fresh insights for breweries and beverage companies.
All the necessary information to plan the visit is available here:
The dynamic influence of craft brewers and hobbyists continues to shape trends within the beer market attaching great importance to conversations. The Craft Drinks Area in Hall 6 brings together all aficionados eager to taste new flavours or trends while sampling beer, wine, spirits or non-alcoholic beverages This area will also feature the presentation of Pascal Wolke's winning beer from the Maisel & Friends amateur brewers' competition. The winning beers from the professional sector will be highlighted in the European Beer Star organised by the Bavarian Association of Private Breweries – as per tradition the announcement of the winners and the award ceremony will take place on the second day of BrauBeviale.
Interest in BrauBeviale is already proving to be high. Andrea Kalrait concludes: ″The right selection of machinery, materials and processes make the difference between a good and an outstanding beverage It is the synergy of science, technology, and creativity that enables manufacturers to enhance all these aspects. We are confident that this year’s BrauBeviale will continue to provide valuable inspiration for beverage producers."
