Lambic and Geuze – Belgian beer heritage

Few regions are as proud of their cultural beer heritage as the Pajottenland, an agricultural region southwest of the Belgian capital Brussels. Spontaneously fermented sour beers are part of the cultural heritage here. Among beer lovers, Lambic and Geuze are considered to be particularly delicate but also sophisticated due to their complex variety of flavors.
