Craft beer in Peru: Interview with brewer Silvia de Tomás

Friendly, fresh and with a perpetual smile, that's Silvia de Tomás. We met at the World Beer Cup 2024 in Denver, Colorado, USA. The way she talks passionately about her beers and the work in her family business caught my attention. She also wants to take the beer experience in her home country to another level: Peru and South America. I must also confess that I love ceviche and, of course, beers, which is why I wanted to interview her.
