women4Beverages, the new network for professional women in the industry, holds a get-together at BrauBeviale. Everyone who is interested in networking is welcome. We will address and discuss different topics from the field of women’s experience interactively at this on-site-meeting.

Nadhine França, a Brazilian Brewer who lives in Budapest holding a position as Business Development Manager at the Central European Brewers Conference, will inspire a discussion about why inclusion matters. She will show “Five steps to make your company more inclusive”. It’s not just about making a difference in the world—it’s about making your business better. A diverse team brings fresh ideas, helps you connect with a broader audience, and boosts sales through real representation. Nadhine will share business strategies from her experience in IT, to show you how to apply these strategies for smarter actions, to create stronger community ties and more creative brews. Certified Brewmaster Christine Mack, who has been successful in the sales field and now is working in procurement, will give us her insights on negotiation strategies. She argues that just one approach to making a good deal is enough to succeed. When does a negotiation begin? Do women negotiate differently to men? And what strategies can we learn from each other to become even more successful? I would like to discuss this with you and look forward to hearing about your experiences!

Beverage author and beer sensory teacher Sylvia Kopp will give insights about how to get out of stagnation and into the flow and why access to your creativity is more important than ever. Some talks will be in German, some in English – this way women4beverages is open for the international community of women in our industry. In addition, women4beverages is radically inclusive , and we welcome interested men to this get-together as well.
